Management responsibility for some areas in Princetown are planned to transfer to the Authority.

The community should not notice any changes to the level of service in the maintenance of the land transitioning over to the Authority.

We are committed to being transparent and accountable in our management of land for which we have responsibility. This includes working with and listening to the community to understand their views or concerns about land for which management responsibility is transferring.

As part of the Princetown transfer we are seeking to understand the key cultural, social, environmental, and economic values and uses, as well as capturing the community interests and local significance attached to each parcel and asset.

Management responsibility for the Princetown Recreation Reserve is planned to transfer to the Authority. This process is being worked through in collaboration with the Volunteer Committee of Management and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action.
