Land management transfers in Peterborough
The Authority has taken on land management responsibility for Crown land in Peterborough
The community should not notice any changes to the level of service in the maintenance of the land transitioning over to the Authority.
We are committed to being transparent and accountable in our management of land for which we have responsibility. This includes working with and listening to the community to understand their views or concerns about land for which management responsibility is transferring.
As part of the Peterborough transfer we are seeking to understand the key cultural, social, environmental, and economic values and uses, as well as capturing the community interests and local significance attached to each parcel and asset.
