All 3 Geelong City Deal projects are vital to enhancing the livability and amenity of popular destinations along the Great Ocean Road for local communities and the millions of visitors to the region each year.

The Authority is continuing to lead the Point Grey Redevelopment project in Lorne and will now deliver the Improvements to Tourism Infrastructure at Kennett River and Apollo Bay Harbour Redevelopment projects– both formerly led by Colac Otway Shire.

Community engagement is central to the delivery and success of all three projects, and we look forward to engaging with everyone with an interest in these projects as they get underway.

Each project is in a different stage of development, and we will provide regular updates to the community to ensure everyone is kept informed and has an opportunity to provide input.

You can keep up to date with these projects by clicking the 'follow' button above to register for all three projects, and then click 'follow' on the project you're interested in to receive project specific updates.

The Great Ocean Road projects are being delivered as part of the $500 million Geelong City Deal, a collaborative partnership to transform Geelong and the Great Ocean Road by the Australian Government and Victorian Government, and local council with the Authority and key partners.

We acknowledge Eastern Maar as the Rights Holders of the lands and waters where these projects are being delivered. We’re committed to building genuine partnerships with Rights Holders that embody self-determination and are led by their expectations.
